José Luis García-Pedroche, new Country Manager of Vector Renewables Spain

Spain's important role in the renewable energy market both at European and global level is already well known, having ended 2022 with an installed capacity of 117 GW and 3.8% more than the previous year. Vector Renewables remains committed to this market and appoints José Luis García-Pedroche, Country Manager in Spain, with the aim of continuing to grow and support its customers.

Vector Renewables has been present in Spain since its inception in 2005 and, as an independent advisor, has been a witness and active part of the industry, supporting numerous clients in all phases of project life. Projects that have changed the paradigm of energy generation, creating incalculable advances in the renewable sector in a very short period of time.

José Luis García-Pedroche has been part of the Vector Renewables team since 2015 and has led numerous projects; first as supervisor of the Reporting department, then as head of the same area and finally as head of the Commercial Asset Management department in Iberia, managing the accounting, finance and tax teams.

He studied Business Administration and Management at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and holds a Master's degree in Financial Auditing from the same school. From his beginnings at PwC, he has worked for various types of clients, creating great versatility in his financial profile, to currently leading a large team of people with very ambitious objectives.

From now on, José Luis will occupy the position of Country Manager Spain, a position in which he will be able to continue developing his knowledge of the market, supporting clients and, of course, demonstrating all that Vector can continue to contribute to the sector itself.

As Jose Luis himself points out "The current situation of the sector is a true reflection of the great commitment to renewables, which means having to be up to the task both from the point of view of resources and the quality of the work carried out".
