Vector Renewables, legal advisor for 137MW of a Sancus Capital Project.

Vector Renewables will serve as legal advisor for 137MW of a Sancus Capital Project.

Vector Renewables' legal services line has advised Sancus Capital in connection with the execution of an EPC (Engineering and Construction) contract for a 137MW photovoltaic plant located in the Spanish province of Zaragoza.

The Vector Renewables legal team in Spain in charge of this matter was led by Rafael Echegoyen, Head of Legal Services AM & TA Services, and Beatriz Gonzalez, our senior associate.

The facility is located in the Zaragoza region and will have a capacity of 137 MW. This new transaction reinforces Sancus Capital's commitment to meet its sustainable and responsible investment (SRI) objectives and to reduce CO2 emissions to combat climate change.

Vector Renewables has advised Sancus Capital during the drafting and negotiation, until formalization, of the EPC and O&M (Operation and Maintenance) contracts. The 'Terrer' project adds to a current portfolio of solar projects with a capacity of 30 MW, which are in construction and operation phases and in which Rafael's team has also provided advice.

Vector Renewables offers this support, both during the development/construction phase and at any time during its useful life, providing a competitive advantage over other service providers for the last 10 years, by assessing and defining these potential risks from a legal and technical point of view.
