During the construction and operation phases of two solar and two battery energy storage system (BESS) projects, we provided Mirova (Natixis Investment Managers) with a comprehensive asset management service. As part of this agreement, we also provided technical advisory services, including reviewing EPC contracts and providing owner's engineering services. We currently manage the two special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and the holding company set up for this purpose. For the holding company, we provide full commercial asset management services.
